Perfect Venues for Your July Asheville Wedding

Perfect Venues for Your July Asheville Wedding

One of the many perks of getting married in Asheville is the variety of venues you and your fiancé can choose from. Whether it’s a breathtaking farm with a gorgeous view of the Blue Ridge Mountains, an industrial brewer space that highlights Asheville’s craft beer diversity and culture, or a romantic setting close to downtown that allows your friends and family to explore the city, Asheville has many options for couples looking to get married.

With so many beautiful venues to choose from, you and your partner may find it difficult to choose the perfect location. Although Asheville is nearly perfect year-round, there are a few favorite times of the year for weddings. As the season changes, the ideal ceremony location and time will change with it. In our opinion, the perfect time to get married is during the summer while it is still light out and gives an opportunity for a beautiful outdoor ceremony. While the mountain is blooming with beautiful greenery and flowers, and cool breezes in the evening, July is a perfect time to be married. The best ceremony times for the July wedding are between 5 PM and 6 PM, while the average times for sunset during this month are between 8 PM and 9 PM.

Like most North Carolina locations, Asheville weather can be a bit unpredictable. Located in the mountains, Asheville is more likely to have afternoon showers. In July, the average high temperature is around 84°F and an average low temperature of 62°F, notably the warmest month. In this event, it’s important to come up with a backup plan for your wedding day. Whether this could be a secondary indoor location at your venue or a fun tented reception, be sure to always have a rain plan. With the logistics out of the way, we are going to share with you our favorite outdoor wedding venues in Asheville during July.
